After-market Movers For June 18 (ADBE, FULT, POOL, TTEK)

Shares of Adobe Systems Inc. (ADBE) surged more than 4% in after hours trading after the publishing and design software maker reported second quarter profit that beat analyst estimates.

Fulton Financial Corp. (FULT) shares rose more than 1% in extended hours trading after the financial services company said its board of directors has extended the timeframe for its current stock repurchase program from June 30 to September 30. The company also said it will pay a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share on July 15 to shareholders of record as of July 1.

Shares of Pool Corp. (POOL) fell more than 6% in late trading after the swimming pool products distributor lowered its full year 2013 earnings outlook, citing "cooler and wetter" than normal weather condition in North America and Europe.

Tetra Tech Inc. (TTEK) shares slumped more than 11% in after hours trading after the consulting, engineering and technical support services provider lowered its third quarter outlook and said it now expects to post a loss for the quarter, hurt largely by higher restructuring costs reflecting weakness in Eastern Canada, mining segments and new findings on certain project claims.
