Intercept Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ICPT) announced that it has priced underwritten public offering of 1.73 million common shares at $33.01 per share. The offering is expected to close on or about June 24, 2013.
Intercept has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 259,500 shares of common stock.
Intercept expects offering net proceeds of about $53.3 million, after deducting estimated offering expenses, but excluding any exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares of common stock.
