KB Home (KBH) announced that it has appointed Tom Dunn as president of its D.C. Metro division. In this role, Dunn is responsible for all of the Company's homebuilding operations throughout the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, from land acquisition and construction to sales and customer service.
Dunn joins KB Home with more than 20 years of experience in homebuilding in the Washington, D.C. area having held regional and division leadership roles for M/I Homes and NVR Homes. Most recently, he was owner and founder of BMD Investments, a residential property and renovation firm based out of Leesburg, Va.
