S Mobility Ltd. said its board had approved the buy-back of its equity shares of Rs.3 each from the open market through stock exchanges at a price of Rs.75 apiece for an aggregate amount of Rs.60 crore, subject to a maximum of 1.10 crore equity shares
At the BSE, S. Mobility shares are currently trading at Rs.36.75,unchanged from the previous close.
