Following her June 5 suicide attempt, Michael Jackson's daughter Paris is "getting better," according to a report from her uncle, Jackie Jackson. The 15-year-old was rushed to the hospital after a call that she had taken 20 Motrin pills and cut her arm with a kitchen knife.
Paris was set to testify in the family's lawsuit against concert promoters AEG Live. But a lawyer for the Jacksons has told Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Yvette Palazuelos that "Paris is not going to be testifying."
"We have a little girl in so much pain right now, she cannot come," the lawyer added, according to the New York Daily News.
According to Jacko's fam, AEG was negligent in its hiring of Conrad Murray, the doctor who was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in connection with MJ's propofol overdose.
