China Metro-Rural Holdings CFO Lee Che Chiu To Resign

China Metro-Rural Holdings Limited (CNR) Friday said its Chief Financial Officer Lee Che Chiu has announced his resignation, effective July 19, 2013.

Lee is resigning as CFO of the company to pursue his professional development elsewhere. Lee had joined the company as since 2011.

Sio Kam Seng, Chairman of Board and the Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed as the acting CFO of the company effective July 19, 2013, until a successor for Lee is appointed.
