A Georgia family is desperate for answers this week after their daughter was reportedly left dead on the side of the road after suffering a severe asthma attack earlier this month. Taylor Smith, 20, of Holly Springs, had been with a group of friends just hours before her body was found lifeless, according to MyFoxAtlanta.com.
Holly Springs Police rep Holly Smith says the cause of death has not yet been confirmed but Taylor had suffered an asthma attack shortly before her death last week. She also notes that friends made an attempt to revive the girl but then seemingly abandoned her near a derelict trailer home Jasper, Georgia:
"I don't know if they knew if she was deceased or not, but they put her in a shower and tried to revive her and when that didn't work, they put her in a car and drove her to this location in Jasper and dumped her body in front of a trailer on the side of the road," Smith said to the site.
At least one arrest has been made in connection with the death. Marty Gaddis, 38, is currently in custody facing charges of concealing a death, abandoning a body, evidence tampering, plus drug and reckless conduct charges.
