American Railcar CEO Cowan Resigns; Names Hollister President & Interim CEO

American Railcar Industries Inc. (ARII) announced the resignation of James Cowan, its President and Chief Executive Officer. The Board of the company appointed Jeffrey Hollister as President and Interim Chief Executive Officer.

Hollister has over 23 years of experience in operations and financial management. Hollister has been with ARI since 2005 and has served in various senior financial and operations roles. Most recently, Hollister has overseen the company's railcar manufacturing group.
