AerCap Holdings Closes 28 Aircraft Transactions In Q3 - Quick Facts

AerCap Holdings N.V. (AER: Quote) said it has completed 28 aircraft transactions in the third quarter of 2013.

The company has completed the signing of new lease agreements for ten aircraft, including seven Boeing 737-800s, one Airbus A320-200 and two Airbus A319-100s; as well as delivered seven aircraft under contracted lease agreements, including four Boeing 737-800s, two Airbus A320-200s and one Boeing 747-400SF.

Also, it has acquired six aircraft, comprising four new Boeing 737-800s, one Airbus A330-300 and one Airbus A320-200 and inked a purchase and leaseback transaction arrangement for six new Boeing 737-800 aircraft, the company noted. Further, it announced the sale completion of five aircraft.

The Bank of Russia decided on Friday to raise its key rate to 9.50 percent from 8 percent. The bank was expected to hike its rate by 50 basis points. This was the fourth interest rate increase this year.
