Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina Lohan has reportedly been ordered to undergo psychological evaluation. The evaluation was ordered by the judge in her ongoing drunk driving case, which stems from a September 11 arrest.
At the time Lohan was stopped in Hampstead, New York for driving 77 in a 55 mph zone. Her blood alcohol level was found to be .20 percent. Her lawyer Terry Heller spoke on the ongoing case saying:
"Everything went very well in court today," he said. "Dina and her family are poised for a very joyful Thanksgiving holiday and we're very confident that when we come back to court on the next day we're going to have a very good resolution."
"The judge was very pleasant with us and Dina and I are very hopeful that there's going to be an appropriate conclusion that will bring closure to this case. Right now Dina is focusing on preparing a turkey for her beautiful family and she expects that Lindsay and Michael and all of her other children are going to be there and they're going to have a nice celebration."
