Healthcare Trust Of America Reveals $156 Mln Investments

Trade HTA now with 

Healthcare Trust of America Inc. (HTA: Quote) said Thursday it had closed about $156 million of acquisitions in the fourth quarter of 2013.

The acquisitions were highlighted by the deal to acquire an eight medical office building portfolio from a regional developer in Florida for $141 million. The remaining consist of earlier announced $29 million investments in two on-campus MOBs in Austin, Texas.

For the year, HTA closed on $398 million of investments.
