Soundgarden And Nine Inch Nails Announce Co-Headlining Tour

Soundgarden and Nine Inch Nails have announced a co-headlining tour set to kick off this summer. The 90s icons will start things off in Las Vegas on June 19 and continue through August 25 when they wrap things up in Los Angeles.

The news may come as a surprise to fans of either band, as they have had a strained relationship in the past.

Both bands signature albums Superunknown and The Downward Spiral were released on the same day in 1994, and Trent Reznor has taken various media shots at Chris Cornell since then.

"We had a chip on our shoulder about Soundgarden. That became a kind of professional showdown. And we did show them," he noted.
