Paragon Technologies Appoints John Molloy As CEO Of SI Systems, LLC.

Paragon Technologies, Inc. (PGNT.PK), a holding company, announced that it has appointed John Molloy as President and CEO of its wholly owned subsidiary SI Systems, LLC.

Effective June 30, 2014, Deborah Mertz will also join the company as Interim CFO of Paragon Technologies.

Also, effective immediately, current Paragon Chairman Hesham Gad will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer or CEO of Paragon Technologies, the company said.
