Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Acquires Nicoud Insurance Services - Quick Facts

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) announced the acquisition of Springfield, Illinois-based Nicoud Insurance Services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Nicoud Insurance Services is a property/casualty broker and employee benefit consultant providing a broad range of coverages and services to commercial and personal clients across the central United States, with a focus on financial institutions, senior care/healthcare providers and automotive service providers.

"Nicoud Insurance Services is highly regarded for their specialized offerings in such areas as financial institutions and their excellent market relationships," said Patrick Gallagher, Jr., Chairman, President and CEO.
