Spain's Housing Transactions Increase In July

Spain's housing transaction logged a double-digit growth in July, the statistical office INE showed Monday.

Housing transactions increased 16.8 percent year-on-year in July.

About 87.2 percent of purchases related to urban properties. At the same time, sales of rural properties grew 11.1 percent and that in urban area advanced 21.4 percent.
