Camden Property Trust Prices Public Offering Of 4.75 Mln Shares For $445.3 Mln

Camden Property Trust (CPT) announced that it has priced public offering of 4.75 million common shares for gross proceeds of about $445.3 million. The offering is expected to close on September 14, 2017.

Deutsche Bank Securities and J.P. Morgan, the joint book-running managers for the offering, have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 712,500 common shares.

Camden intends to use net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
