Hewlett Packard Enterprise Reports Pricing Of $1.1 Bln Of 2.100% Notes Due 2019

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (HPE) announced the pricing of $1.1 billion of 2.100% notes due 2019. The company expects to close the issuance of the Notes on September 20, 2017.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise intends to use offering net proceeds to fund the repayment of the $750 million of its 2.450% notes due 2017, the repayment of the $350 million of its floating rate notes due 2017, and for general corporate purposes.
