UK Commercial Property Trust HY Profit Rises

UK Commercial Property Trust Limited (UKCM.L) reported that its net profit for the half year ended 30 June 2017 rose to 57.36 million pounds from 26.84 million pounds in the previous year. Earnings per share grew to 4.41 pence from 2.07 pence in the prior year.

EPRA earnings per share, excluding deferred tax movement, were 1.73 pence flat with last year.

Net profit from ordinary activities before taxation was 59.98 million pounds up from 27.33 million pounds in the prior year.

Total income for the period rose to 72.69 million pounds from 38.38 million pounds last year.
