Philip Morris Announces Organizational Changes; Names Martin King CFO

Philip Morris International Inc. (PM) announced Jacek Olczak, currently Chief Financial Officer, will be appointed Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the deployment of global strategy and the delivery of results for combustible and reduced-risk products. Martin King, currently President, Asia Region, will be appointed Chief Financial Officer. André Calantzopoulos will continue to serve as CEO.

Philip Morris also announced that, going forward, it will operate in six geographic Regions, up from the current four. The announced changes are effective January 1, 2018.
