First Global Data: Nayeem Alli Steps Down As CFO; Vicki Ringelberg To Succeed

First Global Data Limited announced the resignation of Nayeem Alli and the appointment of Vicki Ringelberg, as CFO. The company said it is working with Alli toward establishing a consulting relationship.

Vicki Ringelberg is currently the Chair of the Board of Trustees, Chair of the Governance and Administration Committee and previous Chair of the Audit Committee and Investment Committee of the OPSEU Pension Trust. Prior to that, Ringelberg spent over 20 years working in various senior financial capacities including Chief Financial Officer of Portland Investment Counsel and the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of AIC Limited.

BlackRock Inc., the world's largest asset manager, said it plans to speak with gun makers and distributors following public outcry after the Florida high school shooting that killed 17 people.
