Bloomberg: Uber Board Plans To Curtail Power Of Travis Kalanick

As per a report published in Bloomberg, the directors of Uber will vote on Tuesday on board reforms to limit the power of former CEO Travis Kalanick. The Board will also decide on whether to pursue the stock deal with Softbank.

On September 29, Travis Kalanick nominated John Thain and Ursula Burns to the Board of Uber. It is still not clear whether the new members will vote on Tuesday.
