United Continental Holdings (UAL) Jumped On September Results

United Continental Holdings (UAL) announced Tuesday morning that its September 2017 consolidated traffic decreased 1.6 percent and consolidated capacity increased 1.7 percent over last year.

United Continental gapped up sharply Tuesday, but traded in a range for the majority of the session. Shares finished with a gain of 3.02 at $67.72 on above average volume. The stock set nearly a 2-month high.
