Bank of Montreal Reveals 6% Drop In Q4 Earnings

Bank of Montreal (BMO.TO) reported earnings for fourth quarter that declined compared to the same period last year.

The company said its earnings totaled C$1.31 billion, or C$1.94 per share. This was down from C$1.40 billion, or C$2.10 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 7.2% to C$5.66 billion. This was up from C$5.28 billion last year.
