Sage Therapeutics Pulls Back Off Best Levels But Remains Sharply Higher

After gapping open sharply higher, shares of Sage Therapeutics (SAGE) have pulled back off their best levels but continue to see substantial strength in afternoon Trading on Thursday. Sage is currently up by 74.4 percent after reaching a record intraday high.

The initial jump by Sage came after the biopharmaceutical company said its Phase 2 study of SAGE-217 showed a statistically significant mean reduction in the Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression.
