Ahold Delhaize Commences Share Buyback - Quick Facts

Ahold Delhaize (ADRND.PK,AHODF.PK) announced the company has commenced the 2 billion euros share buyback program announced on November 8, 2017 and expects to complete the program before the end of 2018. The former 1 billion euros share buyback program was completed on December 29, 2017.

The company said the purpose of the program is to reduce the capital of Ahold Delhaize, by cancelling all or part of the common shares acquired through the program.

Ford Motor Co. plans to launch an all-electric plugin version of its popular F-150 pickup truck. The announcement was made by Jim Farley, Ford's president of Global Markets, during a presentation at the Deutsche Bank Global Automotive Conference in Detroit.
