Charter Communications Pulls Back Off Highs But Remains Positive

Shares of Charter Communications (CHTR) have pulled back well off their best levels of the day but remain positive in afternoon trading on Wednesday. After reaching its best intraday level in well over two months, Charter is currently up by 1.3 percent.

The initial rally by Charter came after Guggenheim upgraded its rating on the cable operator to Buy from Neutral.

Alphabet's subsidiary Loon LLC has secured its first commercial deal - to deliver 4G internet access to remote areas of Kenya using high-altitude balloons. NTT, the world's fourth-largest telecom provider, explains the ways to use the application to store contracts without tampering documents.
