Charter Communications Pulls Back Off Highs But Remains Positive

Shares of Charter Communications (CHTR) have pulled back well off their best levels of the day but remain positive in afternoon trading on Wednesday. After reaching its best intraday level in well over two months, Charter is currently up by 1.3 percent.

The initial rally by Charter came after Guggenheim upgraded its rating on the cable operator to Buy from Neutral.
