Quad/Graphics Acquires Marketing Services Provider Ivie & Associates

While reporting its fourth-quarter financial results today, marketing solutions provider Quad/Graphics, Inc. (QUAD) said it has acquired Ivie & Associates, a marketing services provider and one of the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing privately held companies in the country.

The company noted that the business combination will create a marketing solution that addresses clients' increasing need for improved process efficiency and marketing spend effectiveness.

Founded in 1993, Ivie is headquartered in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex in Flower Mound, Texas, and employs more than 600 professionals throughout North America.

Conagra Brands, Inc. (CAG) reported that its third-quarter adjusted earnings per share from continuing operations grew 27.1% to $0.61 from $0.48, prior year. On average, 14 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report profit per share of $0.56 for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items. PetSafe is United Airlines' specially designed program for transporting animals that are not eligible to travel in the aircraft cabin. The program offers airport-to-airport travel for animals to nearly 300 destinations.
