Cher Blasted For Photo With Aussie PM

Cher has apologized to her dedicated fans in the LGBTQ community after sharing a photo with Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull. The politician has earned the ire of the community for his resistance to same sex marriage in Australia, a fact that Cher had apparently missed before their meeting.

She was in Sydney for the city's annual Mardis Gras celebration when she shared a photo with Turnbull. Fans quickly sounded off against the singer for the decision, prompting her to ask fans for clarification of their points.

After explaining Trumbull's legislative past, Cher responded:

"Am so sorry. Guess that's why I have FEW Friends Who Are Politicians. He Seemed Very Open & excited about MARDI GRAS,AND LGBT COMMUNITY. School me….. I have a little fight Left. I told him how I detest trump….trump values NOTHING & NO ONE!! Can your prime minister LEARN Your Value!? Can He Minister To you!? If He Cant, you owe him No Allegiance,If He Can Be turned around, TRY."
