CarMax Holding On To Substantial Gain In Late-Day Trading

After gapping open sharply higher, shares of CarMax (KMX) continue to see significant strength in late-day trading on Friday. CarMax is currently up by 13.4 percent after reaching a record intraday high.

The jump by CarMax comes after the used car retailer reported fiscal first quarter results that beat expectations on both the top and bottom lines.

The Cow Calendar era is coming to an end. Chick-fil-A said it is axing one of its well-loved products, the Cow Calendar. The 2018 Cow Calendar will be the chicken chain's last calendar.
