The Backstreet Boys have announced plans to embark on a massive 70-date world arena tour next year.

The band also announced the news of their new album DNA and dropped the first single, "Chances," penned by Ryan Tedder and Shawn Mendes.

"The journey is ongoing with us and there is so much left to do," said member Brian Littrell in a statement.

"We're living the next chapter that hasn't been told yet, and that's exciting." Howie D added, "when this group started 26 years ago -- and through all the highs and lows of our career -- we've had to learn it wasn't about us as individuals but about what's best for the group."

The DNA World Tour will kicks off in Lisbon, Portugal, on May 11 and conclude its European trek in Budapest, Hungary, on June 25. The North American schedule will begin on July 12 in Washington, D.C. and conclude on September 15 in Newark, New Jersey.

Fans will get a physical copy of the new album along with tickets of North American tour. Tickets go on sale November 14. DNA is due in January.
