Vietnam Manufacturing Sector Accelerates In November - Nikkei

The manufacturing sector in Vietnam continued to expand in November, and at a faster rate, the latest survey from Nikkei revealed on Monday with a manufacturing PMI score of 56.5.

That's up from 53.9 in October, and it moves further above the boom-or-bust line of 50 that separates expansion from contraction.

Individually, there were sharp accelerations in output and new orders, while employment growth hit a record high.

Also, there were unprecedented increases in inventories.
