InterDigital Inc. (IDCC) announced after the close Friday that it received notice that the Judge overseeing the U.S. International Trade Commission action brought by InterDigital against Nokia Corp. and Nokia Inc. filed an initial determination which found no violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
InterDigital gapped open sharply lower Monday, but traded in a range for the majority of the session, to close down by $6.98 at $22.52 on the highest volume of the year. The stock fell to a 4 1/2 month low and dropped below both its 50 and 200-day moving averages.
