Illumina Inc. (ILMN) reported third quarter EPS of $0.24 after the bell Tuesday, compared to the consensus estimate of $0.20. The company expects to report fourth quarter EPS of $0.24 to $0.25 and full year EPS of $1.05 to $1.06. The consensus estimates are for EPS of $0.27 and $0.89 respectively. Illumina Inc. gapped open sharply lower Wednesday and declined during the second half of the morning. The stock finished down by $8.29 at $33.37 on the highest volume of the year. Illumina dropped to a 3-month low and fell below both its 50 and 200-day moving averages.
