MindTree said that it signed an agreement with Kyocera Wireless Corp. (KWC) to acquire Kyocera Wireless ( India), its Indian subsidiary.
Kyocera Wireless (India) has a head count of about 600 people, and has its development center at Bangalore. Under the agreement, the company will make an upfront payment of about $6 million and further payments linked in financial years 2010-11 and 2011-12.
