Tuesday, Spring Creek Capital Corp. (SCRK.OB) signed an agreement with New Castle Financial Services, LLC as Financial Advisor for Stem Holdings, Inc., its portfolio investment company. On November 20, Stem Holdings Inc., a portfolio investment of Spring Creek Capital Corp., retained New Castle Financial Services, LLC on an exclusive basis to provide general financial advisory and investment banking services to Stem Holdings.
Spring Creek Capital Corp., an exploration stage company, engages in the exploration of mineral resource properties, primarily copper, in Canada. It owns interest in mining claims located in the Quadra Copper Property on Quadra Island in the Nanaimo Mining Division located approximately 10 kilometers north of Campbell River, Vancouver Island.
