BNP Resources Inc. (BNX_A.V) announced that it has successfully concluded an agreement with a private Alberta company for the development of BNP's key Jensen property. The company also announced that Kitty Louie, the chief financial officer, has resigned from the post. Mike Shaikh, a director and Chairman of the board, has also tendered his resignation in order to assume his new responsibility as Chair of the Calgary Police Commission, said the company.
