Siemens AG's (SI) hearing aid business is drawing interest from private-equity firms including KKR & Co. L.P. and BC Partners Ltd., the Bloomberg reported, citing two people familiar with the matter.
The report said that several financial investors have contacted the company about buying the unit. Siemens hasn't decided whether to sell the unit or conduct an initial public offering, though an exit from the business is likely, the report stated.
