Mercury Cable & Energy Inc. said that the U.S. District Court has denied Composite Technology Corp.'s (CPTC.OB) ex parte application for limited partial relief from stay for purposes of amending complaint. The court also denied issuance of order to show cause re preliminary injunction against false reports concerning status of patent reexamination.
The Court said, "CTC fails to substantiate the urgency in filing and prosecuting its contemplated trade libel claim."
