Farmers Capital Bank Corp. (FFKT) announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Lloyd Hillard as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, replacing Anthony Busseni, who resigned. The company stated that Busseni also resigned as a director, effective immediately.
Hillard served as President and Chief Executive Officer of First Citizens Bank, Elizabethtown, Kentucky, a subsidiary of the Company, since 1992, and as a director of the Company since 1996, the company noted. The company said that Hillard will remain as director.
