The estate of the late Michael Jackson has won an injunction against a website that has allegedly been using the name of the King of Pop's charity group to collect donations from fans.
According to reports from TMZ, Federal Judge Dolly Gee has ordered Melissa Johnson to refrain from using the singer's name or image in association with her website, which fronts a group called the Heal the World Foundation.
The Jackson family filed a lawsuit against Johnson last year, claiming copyright infringement, after discovering that she was using Jackson's name and image to collect donations.
The Jackson Family is also making headlines this week after MJ's mother, Katherine, reportedly asked her former daughter-in-law, Genevieve Oaziaza, and her four children to move out of the family's California mansion. Katherine assumed custody of Michael's three children and has allegedly struggled to care for all of the children.
Oaziaza was once married to Michael's brother, Jermaine.
