Ascena Retail Group, Inc. (ASNA) said Monday that it has appointed John Sullivan as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In the newly created position, Sullivan will be responsible for Information Technology, Distribution, and Human Resources Information Systems across all brands. He will report to President and Chief Executive Officer David Jaffe.
Prior to joining Ascena, Sullivan served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for QVC. Before that, he was the Senior Vice President Sourcing, Systems and Chief Information Officer for Liz Claiborne Inc. (LIZ).
