Systemax Inc. Rose To A New High On Q4 Results

Systemax Inc. (SYX: News ) reported fourth quarter net income of $0.49 per share after the close Monday, up from $0.27 per share last year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.33.
Systemax Inc. gapped up sharply Tuesday and posted gains in early trade. The stock traded in a range for the bulk of the session and finished up by 2.52 at $20.20 on the highest volume of the year. Systemax broke out of nearly a 2-month range and set a new high for the year.
