(RTTNews) -  Retail giant Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (WMT: News ) Monday said that on Thanksgiving Day, Walmart.com will offer nearly 50 online-only specials with savings up to 40% on many of the season's top gifts, including electronics, video games and toys.

The company said that its Thanksgiving Day online-only specials include Philips Noise Canceling Headphones under $20, Sanyo 8-MP digital camera under $60, Garmin Nuvi 205 GPS under $100, Exclusive Holiday Tabletop Set with service for 8 for $100, Nintendo Wii Console w/ Wii Sports Resort Value Bundle under $300 and RCA 42" LCD HDTV under $600.

The company also stated that HDTVs, which will be showcased as a feature-savings event for just one day, will begin at 8 a.m. on Saturday, November 28. In addition, the company will provide an ad match program to customers. In the program, the retailer promises to match the price of any local competitor's printed ad for an identical product, including matching competitor's deals for the day after Thanksgiving.

In the day-after-Thanksgiving event from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m., the retailer will offer $3 sleepwear for the family, a $298 laptop and more. All items are available in limited quantities. The company will also offer Emerson 32-inch LCD HDTV for $248 and 42-inch Plasma for $448, Canopy 600-thread-count sheet set for $24, Magnavox Blu-ray Disc Player for $78, Nintendo DS Lite in assorted colors for $98, PS3 Console with bonus games Infamous, Arkham Asylum and the Dark Knight for $299, reversible bubble jackets for the family at $7 and HP Laptop Computer 3 GB memory, 250 GB hard drive for $298.

Further, Wal-Mart said that savings continue with all day Friday offerings, such as Paula Deen 10-piece Cookware with 7-piece bonus set for $89, Sony Bravia 40-inch LCD HDTV for $598, Sony Blu-ray Disc Player, Model BDP-S360 for $118 and $9 DVD movies, with titles including Star Trek and GI Joe.
Additionally, on Saturday Walmart will offer a variety of Samsung HDTVs, including 32" 720P LCD HDTV for $398, 46" 1080P LCD HDTV for $848, 42" 720P Plasma HDTV for $548 and 50" 720P Plasma HDTV for $698. These HDTVs are available in limited quantities, the company noted.

The retailer will also host exclusive viewings of footage from Miley Cyrus's Wonder World Tour at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturday. Shoppers will be offered the best prices on the Miley Cyrus & Max Azria for Walmart dress assortment along with savings on Miley Cyrus's latest music. Fans can also enjoy free Marketside Ultimate Cheese pizza in select stores with grocery.
