Centric Energy Names Darren Devine Chairman - Quick Facts

Monday, Centric Energy Corp. (CTE.V: News ) said it appointed Darren Devine, a current Director, as its Chairman and Anthony Dutton, Simon Anderson and Nicolas Davidoff to its Board of Directors.
Anthony Dutton is currently President, CEO and a Director of IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. (IB.V). He is a seasoned business executive and entrepreneur experienced in corporate finance, business development and strategic management. Simon Anderson has been a chartered accountant for over 20 years. He has extensive expertise in financial reporting, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Nicholas Davidoff is a Senior Analyst at Firebird Management. Prior to joining Firebird, Davidoff was a trader at Ronin Capital. He holds a BSM in finance from Tulane University and serves on the board of Kenya Fluorspar Company Ltd., a Kenyan mining company.
