Yamana Gold Q3 Profit Declines - Quick Facts

Yamana Gold Inc. (AUY: News ,YRI.TO: News , YAU.L) announced that its third-quarter net earnings were US$60.82 million or US$0.08 per share, compared to US$150.20 million or US$0.21 per share in the year ago quarter.
Net earnings and adjusted earnings were impacted by a deferred tax provision impacting only the third quarter of US$0.03 per share that does not impact operating profit or future periods.
Adjusted earnings for the quarter were US$88.3 million, or US$0.12 per share, compared to US$31.50 million or US$0.05 per share in the year ago quarter.
Revenues for the quarter were US$333.2 million, up from US$221.62 million in the year ago quarter.
