Dorel Industries Q3 Profit Rises, Revenues Decline 6.1% - Quick Facts

Dorel Industries Inc. (DIIB: News , DII-A.TO, DII-B.TO) reported third quarter net income of US$30.2 million or US$0.91 per share compared to US$27.2 million or US$0.82 per share in the year-ago quarter. Quarterly revenues declined 6.1% to US$518.5 million, from US$552.2 million in the same quarter previous year.
For the nine-month period, the company posted net income of US$83.0 million or US$2.49 per share, compared to US$93.7 million or US$2.81 per share in the same period last year. Revenues for the period decreased 6.3% to US$1.6 billion, from US$1.7 billion in the same period prior year.
