AutoCanada Income Turns To Profit In Q3 - Quick Facts

AutoCanada Income Fund (ACQ_U.TO) reported its third quarter net earnings of C$5.10 million or C$0.256 per share, compared to restated net loss of C$38.32 million or C$1.892 per share in the same period last year.
Revenues for the quarter edged down to C$212.87 million from C$216.69 million in the corresponding period last year. Total same-store revenue declined 3.9% from last year.
The company also announced its intention to convert to a corporation pursuant to a plan of arrangement transaction under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta).
