Wednesday, Stellar Pacific Ventures Inc. (SPX.V: News ) announced the completion of the acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares of the share capital of GoldenFrank Resources Inc. as announced on August 25, 2009.
The company said that the acquisition is subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
