Investus Real Estate Posts Q3 FFO Of $143K - Quick Facts

Friday, Investus Real Estate Inc. (IVT.V: News ) said its third-quarter funds from operations or FFO were $143,861 compared with a negative funds from operations of $154,303 in the prior year period. The company said its net loss for the quarter amounted to $1,863 or $0.000 per share, compared with a loss of $288,641 or $0.010 per share.
Rental revenue from income properties for the quarter was $468,424, higher than $381,830 in the comparable period. Net operating income totaled $366,986, compared with $368,835 for the corresponding period of 2008.
