Dollar Slumps To 8-day Low Versus South African Rand

(RTTNews) - The US dollar extended previous session's downward channel against the South African rand in New York afternoon trading on Wednesday. At 2:50 pm ET, the greenback plunged to an 8-day low of 7.5787 versus the rand, which may be compared to yesterday's New York session close of 7.8372.
